(Lucasfilm via AP)The latest Star Wars film is on track to post the second-highest one-day ticket sales on record, behind only its predecessor in the space saga. The Last Jedi opened worldwide this week with the exception of China, where it will debut on Jan 5. Ticket sales so far are in line with Disney expectations. The Force Awakens holds the current record for opening-weekend sales outside the United States at $281 million.
